Terms of Service

VORO FiberOps provides map-based production tracking, reporting, and invoicing for underground fiber construction. The application layers your production records on read-only mapping data from VETRO. We may update, improve, or change the Services over time.

The Services are intended for business use by contractors and their teams. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, for all activity under your account, and for the users, crews, and team members you invite. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of any law or the rights of others.
• Access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access, or attempt to bypass security or tenant isolation.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the Services or their infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Services except as permitted by law.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious.

As between you and VORO, your organization owns the production records, notes, reports, and other content you enter into the application ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data as needed to provide and support the Services. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Services rely on third parties, including VETRO for mapping and GIS data and our hosting and infrastructure providers. Those services are provided on an "as available" basis and may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party data or services, including the underlying mapping data.

Access to paid features of the Services is subject to the fees and billing terms agreed with your organization. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any production figures, reports, or invoice quantities are accurate. You are responsible for verifying your records before relying on them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VORO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Services or other users. On termination, your right to use the Services ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, if appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
