One system between the field and the invoice.
VORO FiberOps is a map-based production tracker for underground fiber construction. This is the actual workflow, screen by screen.

Map Workspace
The plan, the runs, and what's been completed.
Completed production renders directly on the construction plan: green runs are verified footage between boxes, amber is the run in progress, and every label is real footage with its conduit make-up. What's done and what's left is one look, not one meeting.

Daily Work · Crews
Daily production, crew by crew.
Every crew's completed work for the day: run, footage, and status. Supervisors verify entries while the day is fresh, and anything that needs review is flagged instead of buried.
Weekly Totals
The week rolls itself up.
Daily records aggregate into weekly totals by crew and by plan. The Friday job stops being data entry and becomes review: check the flagged items, confirm the totals, send the report.

Invoicing
Invoice quantities that trace back to real runs.
Approved production becomes billed quantities: footage by conduit type, boxes set, and the period they belong to. Every line item is backed by a verified production record. The footage on the invoice will match the numbers on the map.
The Rest of the System
The details that keep the record trustworthy.
Duplicate prevention
A run that's already been recorded can't quietly be entered twice. Conflicts surface at entry, not on the invoice.
Notes, corrections & bore logs
Notes and bore logs attach to the run they describe, so drill data stays with the footage. Corrections keep their history, so the record shows what changed and why.
Production review
Verified and needs-review states make it obvious what's ready to report and what still needs a second look.
Reporting
Daily and weekly reports are generated from the production records themselves, with the same numbers every time.
Organization overview
Company and organization views for owners and primes: projects, contractors, and crews in one consistent picture.
User access
Crews, supervisors, admins, and platform roles each see what their job needs and nothing they shouldn't touch.
Book a demo
See your own plan in VORO.
A demo is a working session on a real construction plan. Record a run, then watch it hit the daily report, the weekly totals, and the invoice.
No commitment. About 30 minutes.
