• Demo and contact requestsWhen you request a demo or contact us, we collect the details you submit: your role, name, email address, company name, the number of crews you run, and any optional message you include.
• Account informationWhen your organization uses the application, we collect the information needed to create and manage accounts, such as names, email addresses, roles, and sign-in credentials.
• Production and project dataThe application stores the production records, notes, reports, and invoice quantities that you and your team enter, layered on read-only mapping data from VETRO. This data belongs to your organization; we process it to provide the Services.
• Technical and usage dataLike most web services, we and our providers automatically receive basic technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and interaction events. This helps us keep the Services secure and improve them.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to demo requests and other inquiries.
• Provide, maintain, and secure the Services, including creating and managing accounts.
• Store and process the production and project data your team enters so you can track, report on, and invoice work.
• Provide support and communicate with you about the Services.
• Understand usage and improve the reliability, performance, and features of the Services.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only as needed to run the Services, and with providers that process it on our behalf under appropriate obligations. These include:

• VercelHosting and delivery of the website and application.
• SupabaseDatabase hosting for account and application data.
• ResendTransactional email, including delivery of demo and contact requests to our team.
• VETROThe mapping and GIS source the application reads from. The application accesses VETRO data on a read-only basis to display construction plans.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the Services, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

The application uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. On the marketing website we may use cookies and analytics events to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the Services work.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, support your account, and meet our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. When your organization stops using the Services, we will delete or de-identify data within a reasonable period unless we are required to keep it.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls and tenant isolation within the application. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can update your account information within the application or by contacting us. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal limits and to any instructions from the organization whose account you belong to. The Services are business tools intended for use by companies and their workers. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
