VORO FiberOps comes from direct underground fiber construction experience in directional drilling, conduit, handholes, and vaults, plus the reporting week that follows the work.
The problem wasn't the construction. It was the paperwork about the construction. Running underground fiber crews meant every completed run got reported over and over: written down at the drill, texted to a supervisor, typed into a spreadsheet, summarized in a weekly report, and re-keyed into invoice software.
That process ate 20 to 40 minutes every day and hours more at the end of each week: combining crews, checking footage, chasing corrections, and rebuilding quantities that already existed somewhere. Multiply that across a year and it's weeks of time spent re-entering known numbers.
VORO FiberOps was built to remove that loop: record completed production once, on the map, at the run, then let the daily report, the weekly totals, and the invoice read from the same record.
The goal is narrow on purpose. VORO is not a generic project management platform and doesn't try to replace every system a contractor runs. It makes production easier to track, review, report, and invoice. That's the whole job, done properly.
